Policy
- All Orders with FedEx Express Services placed by 4pm EST will ship the same day (M-F). All
other shipping options are processed and shipped within 2 business
days.
- Shipping charges and
available options are calculated after you enter your shipping and billing
information. You will be able to view all available shipping options and charges
for your order before entering your credit card information.

Ground - Continental US only, No PO Boxes. (Guaranteed 3-9 business
days) Includes insurance and a tracking number. Select residential or
business.
- FedEx
3-Day - Continental US only, No PO Boxes (Guaranteed 3 business days).
Includes insurance and a tracking number. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be
shipped the following business day.
- FedEx
2-Day - Available for orders to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii
only, no PO Boxes (Guaranteed 2 business days). Includes a tracking
number.
Orders placed after 4pm EST will be
shipped the following business day.
- FedEx
Overnight -
Available for orders to the continental US Alaska and Hawaii only, no PO Boxes
(Guaranteed next business day). Includes a tracking number.
Orders placed after 4pm EST will be

Overnight -
Available for orders to the continental US only, no PO Boxes (Guaranteed 10AM

is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on international
shipments. Any failure to comply will result in us immediately charging your credit card the amount owed for these fees.

Warranty and Return
Policies
- Please consult
the Troubleshooting Guide and check your scale's Manual before retuning
your scale.
- All of the digital
scales we carry are covered by a manufactures warranty.
- We will only accept
returns for scales that are damaged in shipping.
- For those who decide
the scale they ordered does not fit their needs, we will accept returns
minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
- Scales returned
for this reason must be returned in exactly the same condition as
they were received.
- All accessories
and paperwork must be included and there must be no damage to the
packaging.
- If we receive a
scale for return with damage to the box, missing items, or signs of
use, we will charge a 30% to 50% restocking fee at our sole discretion.
- We must be notified
of all returns within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone (866)
643-3444.
- All return shipments
must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
- Any problems encountered
with your scale after 48 hours of delivery must be resolved through
the manufactures warranty.
- We do not refund
original or return shipping charges.
- Please include
a copy of your invoice and a contact phone number with your return.
- KitchenScales.com does not service other manufacturers warranties.
